What is a flow state?
What do we mean by Flow? The blog itself is a stream of helpful tips, recommendations for tools, and inspiring stories – a literal flow of information and knowledge! But, when we think the word Flow, what we’re actually thinking of is:
A flow state, also known colloquially as being in the zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does.

This blog will never tell you to lose weight or constantly work out or pick up the latest fad diet. We will seek to support you in your journey wherever you are now, and push you towards your goals, whatever they may be.
